R&R Physical Therapy

We loved our experience with R&R Physical Therapy. Jeff was amazing! He helped increase the speed of my son's recovery and provided many suggestions and tools for strengthening his muscles, ligaments and tendons to help prevent further injuries. We definitely recommend R&R. Everyone is friendly, welcoming and very down to earth.

Jeff showed me effective exercises and stretched that led to huge increases in strength and mobility. I went from not being able to run at all without pain or swelling to running at least a mile every other day. I would definitely recommend R&R to any of my friends or family.

I had just moved to Fort Worth to be closer to my family and I had been having some balance problems and a few falls. My new primary doctor recommend R&R PT. I love it, it is just right around the corner from my apartment. Anne, the PT has been so helpful. She was able to listen to my problems and helped me discover that my balance problems were partially because of my weak hips. She started me on exercises and I haven't had a fall since I moved here. I feel stronger all the time. She even went with me to the Hurst Senior Center gym to help me with what equipment was best for me. Definitely recommend them. Sandra G.

I was referred by my surgeon to Anne for a lymphatic drainage massage. The office staff is friendly and quick to respond. Anne is amazing at her job. She is professional and very comforting. I left the office feeling much better than when I arrived. Definitely recommend!
