Never had done Physio in my life. Was referred to R&R by an orthopaedic surgeon. Anne was given my case. After 1 session, the original pain was gone. She taught me exercises to strengthen the affected area and how to treat the cause on my own. After 10 sessions, she gave me the all clear to go on my own with a future follow-up. This has changed my life. Most of the pains I had attributed to just getting old have gone away. Got a sharp pain in my hip that started out of nowhere! Went to my doctor, X-Rays and then to an Orthopaedic surgeon who sent me to R&R. Anne was given my case. After 1 session, I walked out with the initial pain gone. She has corrected issues I didn't even know I had and has instructed me on how to treat myself when the pain comes back. Was referred by orthopedic surgeon to address some hip pain. Anne found the causes during the evaluation and started corrective treatment. I have been seeing Jeff Rau since 2008 and each time his methodical and careful approach to working with my specific condition has eliminated pain without drugs or surgery. Most recently Jeff’s holistic and functional PT approach has resulted in shoulder pain from a muscle tear improving from a 5 (pain almost constant) to a 9, with 10 being completely pain free.

His extensive knowledge of how the entire musculature works together means he considers the entire body. He began with showing me how to stand properly! I now have an extensive set of custom exercises that I can do at home, tailored to my core, shoulder, back, and more. This will allow me to remove any stiffness or slight flare-up without having to spend money on massage therapy or other modalities.
