R&R Physical Therapy

Through my work with physical therapist Jeff Rau, I have seen incredible advances in pain management and mobility that go well beyond simple physical therapy. After a bad rear end vehicle collision that left me dealing with chronic pain and restricted mobility, I started my journey with R&R physical therapy.
When I first started seeing Jeff for therapy, I was impressed by his thorough comprehension of the psychological and emotional effects that are caused by our own bodies when it comes to healing; in addition, the physical manifestation of pain.
Though traditional, this was not your typical treatment plan. His method placed a strong emphasis on learning about your personal circumstances but not being limited by them in the healing process. With Jeff's help, I was finally able to touch my toes, something I thought for myself was physically impossible!

Anne is absolutely amazing!! I had limited of motion in my arms after my mastectomy and she worked magic on me. In just a few weeks, I went from barely able to hold my arms out like a cross to being able to put them over my head. She has all kinds of tricks beyond what I consider traditional physical therapy. I am so happy to have found Anne. Highly recommend!
