R&R Physical Therapy

Jeff Rau is extremely knowledgeable in what he does! He has been incredibly helpful in regaining movement back in my foot post-surgery. He describes things in detail about what movement is lacking in my foot and what movement will be regained through PT. He explains everything in ways that are understandable. Jeff sets you up for success with the exercises to do at home. R&R is highly recommended!

I cannot say enough good about Jeff Rau, and how he has helped me! I do a lot of construction work, and at age 56 have experienced different physical setbacks (and several injuries), all of which Jeff has very expertly helped me to resolve. His understanding of how the body works, coupled with his genuine concern for me as a person and his skills, have helped me get "back in the saddle and back to work"!

Very knowledgeable and experienced, great with people and an all-around great guy! I have recommended him to everyone I know who needs physical therapy.
