I had a ruptured disk in my lower back. It was ruining my life because of pain and immobility. Chiropractic work helped some, but I started making progress toward real recovery (and regaining my normal life back) after Jeff began a customized PT regimen for me. In the fall of 2018 I sustained a rotator cuff injury which caused much pain and decreased range of motion. Within 8 one hour sessions plus a home program, my pain was minimal to none with 95% ROM. When we went to another physical therapy office, they just showed us some exercises, told us to do the exercises, and walked off to talk to the other employees. However, Jeff is a true professional who listens, guides, and is totally involved in treating his patients!

Thanks to our physical therapy sessions with Jeff, my husband and I walked over 60 miles on trails in Israel during an 11 day trip there recently. Jeff Rau is the best physical therapist we have ever had! Thanks to Jeff, my husband and I can walk 15+ miles per week. Jeff Rau is extremely knowledgeable in what he does! He has been incredibly helpful in regaining movement back in my foot post-surgery. He describes things in detail about what movement is lacking in my foot and what movement will be regained through PT. He explains everything in ways that are understandable.
