Charged Up U is a great community for wholesalers. The training course is very detailed. Video’s and practice sessions far as cold calling.

I loved Charged Up University ( The U ) because Chris Jefferson literally gives you the whole blueprint to start up your own wholesale real estate business step by step. Everything from contracts to scripts to even how to set up your LLC. Not only does he give great advice on real estate but also great advice for life and how to attack it with the right mindset.

This course is great. I recvomend to everyone. A 1 stop shop.

I like that there is a community and the course is robust.

I love ChargedUp University because it's an active community of go givers that constantly lift each other up and collaborate. Coach Chris isnt just some guru, he is actively hosting zooms weekly, and communicating with us students. Have made many connections in the community and no longer going at this alone.

I loved The U for two simple reasons. Reason one the atmosphere Chris created served as a great community for individuals of all ages working together to learn and dominate this real estate game. Secondly the tools The U provided really helped simplify the process, I found it easy to grasp and understand the concepts to be successful in this business.

I loved charged University because of how personal Chris is and really does try to help as many people as he can which I liked. The things I didn't like is the online group chat wasn't always beneficial people don't alway try help you. They seem to always respond the same people all the time. And I didn't really REI Reply it was to to expenses I personally like calltools better. But i think charged up can be little better if Chris outsource so more help. But the issue with that is he trying keep the training affordable so it's hard. But the course differently help me overall.
