We are happy we bought our first investment property through RP Capital. Despite numerous hiccups along the way with the seller's communication, rehab delays, and scheduling of inspections -- none of which had anything to do with RP Capital -- with the team's support and advocacy, we were able to secure an excellent property with great cash flow and a stellar property manager. We are very excited to see how well our investment performs over the next few years, and look forward to buying our second property through RP Capital.
