RP Capital was really easy to work with. Rebecca helped with the whole process and kept me informed of all delays and any issues that may have popped up. I was set up with a lender which was fairly easy to use and they helped with the property management as well. I would definitely use RP Capital again to invest in a property.

They have referrals in each step of buying that you can choose from or get your own, but the streamlined process for me was just mind boggling. I purchased my first property with RPCapital. Overall experience was great. The team is very organized, they have all the outsourcing in order, and everything went smooth and timely. Shane is/was my agent and was either a phone call or email away. They assist you after the fact and are there for any questions or concerns one might have. I find this a great avenue to jump into if one is nervous on doing everything alone. Their listings are exclusive and not available elsewhere. Again, up to now everything has been great and everyone has been attentive. Thank you Shane for everything!

I purchased a new construction home through RP Capital in another state. Rebecca was so helpful! She stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process and kept me up to date. The property is now complete and being rented. This company has been fabulous to work with and has a more intimate feel than some larger investment groups (who don't know who I am when I call.)
