So far so good! I am a recent first-time investor w/ RP Capital, having closed on my first property in August 2019. The transaction was smooth and well-orchestrated by RP Capital and their partners, who remained available for my many questions and concerns. Since closing, they've remained available and put me in touch with a great cost-segregation firm for next year's taxes. I plan to purchase another property with them next year. Plus, I received some DELICIOUS cookies from them at Christmas :)
