Superior customer attention from Royal Roofing! The company came to our HOA's rescue when we had to urgently replace the hot water boiler on our roof. We had the work scheduled 3 weeks in advance, but had to move it forward due to the situation. The boiler company told us that we had 48 hours to find a roofing company to be at our building so that when they removed the old equipment and pad the roofing company could immediately inspect the area under the pad and then repair and reinforce the roof so that the new equipment could be safely installed. This seemed like an impossible task as we not only needed to get a roofing company to agree to rearrange their schedules just to come to our property on such short notice, we also needed them to be there at exactly the time the boiler company finished removing the old equipment and before they began installing the new equipment.
