Had the best time here, Roubi does the best retwist on Locs. Jade did a pain free wax ( eyebrows, Brazilian and lip) Also everyone is very professional and nice from the front desk to the stylist.

Disorganized and unprofessional

I am a business owner, it is unprofessional to have an event and schedule clients for the same day in which the stylist feels rushed or the clients has to receive services with a stylist they did not schedule with. If you are scheduling clients on an event day, schedule with proper timing for clients and stylist.

The point of having a scheduling system is so the clients can schedule with who they would like to see. It would be one thing if the stylist called out sick but to have a client schedule and the salon has the stylist preferring another task is not ok.

My stylist did as you stated, provide undivided attention which is great yet that is not the stylist I requested. I myself as the client, want the stylist I scheduled with as I appreciate the client/stylist relationship/bond. That is the experience I want for...

I’ve visited this shop a couple times and I always love my results. They provide great services, especially one of the workers Roubi. She stays active with conversation and leaves my hair looking amazing. Great service, great worker(s). 10/10 recommend her and the shop in general.
