Guys that did the actual work were good
Office staff. Leah was very difficult to work with didn’t return phone calls or email until Ann from accounting helped me
Was not told when work would be done just given two possible days with no follow up
Never received receipt for charges

We continue do you have a Roof to Deck Restoration take care of our deck needs year after year! They are extremely easy to work with, their staff are respectful of our home and yard, they are competitively priced, and quick to complete our project. We would recommend them any time to anyone

It went fine I think - the stain hasn’t been applied so I can not give a final review. Regarding the deck cleaning - it appears done, but my complaint is really with all of my windows having dirt and hard water spots. It took me 2 hours to clean them yesterday. Is there anything that can be done in the future?

The company made our deck sealing extremely easy. They worked all the logistics and communicated with us so we were informed throughout the project. The technicians doing the cleaning and sealing were very professional and cleaned up the job site before they left. The quality of their workmanship was great and I have no complaints.

The spray cleaning appeared to go well and did a thorough job! Weather delayed the job by a day, but Thankfully it Made No differente to our schedule.
There is still Staining to do so job is not done yet.

The technician who cleaned our deck did an outstanding job! He told us he takes pride in his work, and it shows! We are very impressed with the great job he did and can't wait to see the finished deck. We highly recommend Roof to Deck and will continue being a repeat customer.
