Everyone I spoke to or worked with at RTD was pleasant and patient. Both James (who did the cleaning) and Mo (who did the staining) answered all my questions before they started. They were very careful with everything around the deck; flowers, sidewalk, stucco walls, and windows. They left things neater than they found them. The job included a 6' by 12' trellis that was extremely hard to get to. Both men thought it through and came up with solutions that resulted in a job well done. I was very impressed by the respect both men treated my property with. They obviously take pride in their work. Scheduling was tricky. Mother Nature did not cooperate. When I called, RTD did their best to keep me aware of timing and schedule changes.
