I was so impressed with the professionalism of this company, they cleanliness of their cars, the timeliness and efficiency of their drivers, and their outstanding level of customer service. I have used a variety of services in the mountains and all are over-priced, the vans are often dirty, and the companies are often unwilling to accommodate all my needs. Rocky Mountain Black Car was everything I needed and more and I intend to recommend it to everyone I know! A true service oriented company run by locals!

This is the only car service you should consider if in the Vail/Beaver Creek area. Craig is just fantastic. Picked us up as a happy accident on Saturday and by the time we got to our hotel, he had offered to get us for the airport the next morning.
After a great ride to the airport with lively and interesting conversation, we discovered my husband's wallet missing. It had fallen out at the hotel, 40 minutes back. Craig didn't miss a beat...offered to turn right around and take Jeff to get it. He refused any additional fare despite effectively 3 trips. Cars are spotless, he is delightful. We would never consider contacting anyone else when in town. If you're looking for a ride, look no further.
