I needed to find a ride for my college age son from Vail to Boulder, and called Rocky Mountain Black Car at 11:00pm on a Friday night for a Saturday afternoon pick-up. I so appreciated the ability to book the service with a live person immediately that evening. I also appreciated the driver, Eric’s, on-time arrival and his friendly greeting. The car was new and perfectly clean. Eric’s text to me once he safely dropped off my son on campus was icing on the cake. Professional, friendly and safe! First time using Rocky Mountain Black Car for our Vail arrival to drive to Beaver Creek but definitely not our last! We landed really late at night with lots of bags and little kids and our driver was great. Very professional, on time, and was an easy drive to our condo. Was very happy. Then on the return, our driver Erick was awesome. We changed our pick up last minute and he was quick to respond and adjust everything. The drivers were both really nice and helpful. Looking forward to our next ski trip and will definitely book a car from Rocky Mountain again!
