Currently in Breckinridge and needed to book a car for a ride to the airport as I was on a tight schedule. I spoke with the agent on the phone and I was assured that they could provide a car in about an hours time. Roughly an hour later I was contacted by the driver and told that he on his way and about an hour. I reached out to the office explaining that a car was promised under a certain time frame and I would be late going by the drivers eta. This time around I spoke with a young lady by the name of Jessica. She explained that she had dispatched the driver over an hour ago when I initially called in. I began to ask questions as to why I was promised a ride and was not informed until an hour later that the ride could not be completed under the timeline I had stressed.
