Dr. Kratschmer aka “Dr. K” and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Great customer service and bedside manners! This office offers a professional environment that’s friendly, warm and inviting! Dr. K is extremely thorough and knowledgeable as well as conservative in his approach ensuring safety for all his patients. I researched several doctors in the area and ultimately decided to go with Dr. K because not only did he answer all my questions and made me feel at ease but he did not pressure or persuade my decision process. His nurse staff is also extremely polite and knowledgeable. One of his nurses, Kelci, has been available to answer ALL my questions and concerns before and after my elected procedures. I scheduled a consultation for a BA with Dr.K and left knowing I did not need to go to any other consultations. My family and friends thought I was crazy for not consulting with any other doctors but I already knew he was a good fit. He was very thorough during my consultation answering any questions and giving more info that I went in thinking I needed to ask about. I could not be happier with my results from Dr K! Dr K. and his staff were extremely nice and helpful before, during, and after my procedure. His office staff goes above and beyond to help answer questions and concerns. I am constantly recommending him to others.

Dr. Kratchmer and his staff were very informing and knowledgeable with the procedures I have had done in the past few years.From the front desk to the operating room nurses, anesthesiologist etc. Great bedside manner and if I had any questions I could always call and someone would be there to help. I’m absolutely grateful that I found Dr. Kratschmer! I’ve been a patient with him since last year… The process for booking a consultation was very EASY & AFFORDABLE. He is very knowledgeable about the body and does great work. He answers any questions you have and make you super comfortable. I had surgery on a Tuesday, never took pain medication and was walking around freely by Thursday. I was even back at work the following Tuesday. Will recommend him and his staff to all that I can. I’ll be back on his table next month…. !!!!
