I had a tummy tuck in April of 2020 and a breast lift/breast augmentation this past October of 2022, and I am very satisfied. The staff are all amazing, everyone is so very sweet, knowledgeable and funny. They all made me feel very comfortable. I've had surgery before from pregnancies and health and I was very nervous, but having surgery with Dr. Kratschmer, I never felt one bit of nervousness. The results from my tummy tuck, have made me very confident especially after 3 c-sections, although I am still healing from my breast surgery, I am very pleased with my results so far, after breast feeding 3 kids I am so happy to feel like myself again. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go see Dr. Kratschmer.

Dr. Kratschmer aka “Dr. K” and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Great customer service and bedside manners! This office offers a professional environment that’s friendly, warm and inviting! Dr. K is extremely thorough and knowledgeable as well as conservative in his approach ensuring safety for all his patients. I researched several doctors in the area and ultimately decided to go with Dr. K because not only did he answer all my questions and made me feel at ease but he did not pressure or persuade my decision process. I scheduled a consultation for a BA with Dr.K and left knowing I did not need to go to any other consultations. My family and friends thought I was crazy for not consulting with any other doctors but I already knew he was a good fit. He was very thorough during my consultation answering any questions and giving more info that I went in thinking I needed to ask about. I could not be happier with my results from Dr K! Dr K. and his staff were extremely nice and helpful before, during, and after my procedure. His office staff goes above and beyond to help answer questions and concerns. I am constantly recommending him to others.

I’m in love with my results! Dr. Kratchmer and his staff were very informing and knowledgeable with the procedures I have had done in the past few years.From the front desk to the operating room nurses, anesthesiologist etc. Great bedside manner and if I had any questions I could always call and someone would be there to help. I highly recommend Dr. Kratchmer and his team !

Excellent customer service and the staff are knowledgeable and down to earth. I was very well taken care of and felt that all my questions were answered throughly.
