The entire process from beginning to end was terrific. Let’s start with the office, to begin with, the office staff. When I initially decided that I wanted a tummy tuck, I researched several plastic surgeons. When I contacted Dr. Kratschemer's office, the initial interaction was so professional. Kelci and Amber answered every question that I had and scheduled my consultation. Okay, now let’s talk about the doctor; when I went in, he was very patient, informative; not once did I feel rushed. He recommended what he felt was best and safe for me at the current time. He was not going to do anything that would hinder my health or recovery. So we scheduled! He was very detailed and explained the difference between the procedures. The office was neat and cleaned as well.

Dr.K was very Informative and honest during my consultation. He really leaves no room for questions because literally every question you could possible have thought about asking is mentioned by him and answered without any doubts.

My surgery is scheduled for Nov.19th.
The staff and Dr. Kratschmer have been super responsive and helpful! Can’t wait to see the results!
