After waiting for an hour and a half for RoadSide Assistance, RR Towing appeared out of nowhere and offered assistance. RR was not the company called by RoadSide assistance yet the operator saw I was in need and took the initiative to stop and offer help. Since I was in a GOV we made arrangements to get them paid on the spot and I was back on the road in no time. Great professionalism and patience with the payment process. Thanks for stopping to help one of your GOV partners.

The best equipment and the best and most professional drivers in town. They are the Ambassadors of the highway, give them space when you see them on the side of the road, MOVE OVER AND SLOW DOWN. That life they may be dealing with could possibly be your family member that they are trying to get out of harm's way.

David was so professional & good at his job that he had the car hooked ) in no time at all. However let me tell you about what made him & this company stand out. We had a tirel blow out on the tollway between New Braunfels & Shertz, Tx. We were trying to drive a mile & a half to a tire shop on the north side of the freeway (we were traveling south). We'd gone as far as we could when a police woman pulled up behind us & said she'd called for a tow truck. It was a very hot day, August 31, 2018. When David pulled up the first thing he noticed was my wife who was very hot & looked as if she were about to pass out. He asked if she wanted to sit in his truck where it was cool, she of course said yes. So he loaded the car & drove my wife & the car in tow to the tire shop. We unfortunately got our car towed 8/31. Called in to ask about their rate and fees which are very reasonable. The driver 510 josh was so helpful and patient while we waited for our insurance to be emailed. He made my husband and I feel much better with his positive and kind attitude. He got the job done and we got our car back in just a few steps. Thank You!

I was involved in a hit and run accident this past Saturday in Schertz. I was extremely happy with my tow trucking experience with Roadrunner. I was so disappointed with the way I was treated by the Schertz policeman that came to the scene of my accident. But, when Rebecca pulled up to tow my vehicle, I was relieved right away. She took excellent care of me and my vehicle. A huge “THANK YOU” to Rebecca for coming to my rescue...and turning an unfortunate situation into a positive one.

Hands down the best service from any roadside, tow service I have ever received. Joey Sotelo is a true master at what he does! Professionalism, knowledge of what he’s doing, showing caution and being safe at what he does and doing his job fast but efficient is top notch and I would not go anywhere else! These guys are amazing! I was stranded on the side of the highway in the hottest part of the day. The dispatcher warned me that they were very busy but assured me she would get someone there as soon as possible. Mike showed up less than 30 minutes later, even though he was on the opposite side of the city when he got the call. He was gracious, professional, and personable. He made a bad situation bearable, and the price was amazing. I highly recommend Roadrunner!
