I received a certified letter today from this company informing me I owed them over $300.00 for towing and storing a car I have not owned for 4 years, ant threatening legal action if we do not resolve the matter. We were rear-ended on the freeway in December 2015, and our car was totaled. We were compensated for the loss of our car by the insurance company of the offending driver and haven't owned or set eyes on the car since that day. I have never been to Schertz,Texas in my life. I don't know how Roadrunner Towing Service got our name and address and how they felt they could threaten legal action over a car we do not own. These guys sound like scam artists to me; beware! I will be contacting my attorney Monday morning.

Unfortunately we had to get my son's truck out of impounding but everything went well and front desk lady was soo helpful and respectful. I am soo thankful there were no problems we could not fix.

HORRIBLE customer service. Would never recommend. We’re a 501(c)3 non profit and had to pay to get our trailer out after it was stolen and on the news. Also Heidi should not be interacting with people and get a job behind the scenes where her personality is hidden.
