A HUGE shout out to Randy Skarphol and the team at RiverWood Bank. SO grateful to this community bank who "Got it done" for my small business when the big boy banks, including the one I have been with for almost 35 years, just couldn't seem to pull it together. This small fish is very happy that RiverWood Bank was willing to step up and help my business out. They earned my loyalty today by coming through with a SBA PPP loan for me. Thank you!!!

Big lake location is awesome! Monticello not so great... Wouldn't cash my check through drive through cause I get off work late. Thanks for the late rent charge!

Went in to open an account, the banker was rude and stated that he had to “hurry up” because he had someone important coming in he was going to be opening 4 business account for. I had to ask about what fees, interest rates, balance requirements and so on. He gave no helpful information. Then handed me a brochure and told me to read it. We took our application and walked out. We will not be back and would not recommend Riverwood to anyone looking to open an account.

Very very Satisfied, and could not of asked for a better bank to go through for my Mortgages's and also personally bank at. Highly recommend RiverWood bank for any of you're needs

We have now moved most of our banking away from Riverwood. I don't like that we don't know anyone there anymore and the people are not as friendly. We now only use it for bills and everything else has been moved to Buffalo. We will eventually move it all. It is becoming more like a wells fargo. Disappointed.

I like that there are not any hidden fees for doing business through them and they work with me to make banking easier and keep track of my accounts.
