When you call and real human answers the phone provides a high level of service with that family feel!

This bank is quickly going downhill...ever since riverwood sold out to a larger bank the service has gone right down the tube with it as it always does with the big bank hogwash...now I call with questions...no answer...lose a debit card and it's a three to four week wait...I think I'm done here...I'm certainly not afraid to leave this bank...it used to be so personal and genuine...now it's a bunch of hogwash...don't treat their employees well anymore as several have already left and others are on the fence...and it has trickled down right to the customer...so sad...our community bank has become a big bank soak that I no longer trust with my money...

If I could give zero I would. Never have I been so humiliated at a bank! I had a perfectly legitimate check for over $30,000 and they refused to open an account with me! They even called the estate attorneys the check came from to verify it! And I was given no reason for why. So much for friendly small town banks. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

We worked with MariLou on buying our first home and she made the process so easy and answered all of our questions. Overall RiverWood is a great bank and staff are all very friendly!

RiverWood Bank Monticello knows what they are doing! Everyone there is so helpful and passionate about what they do while providing their expertise in a way that is easy to listen and learn from. We have loved working with them and look forward to continuing working with them.
