Rivercross Window Cleaning, LLC

We recently contracted with James Taylor of Rivercross Window cleaning to clean the windows and screens of our home. Several of the windows are second story windows and only accessible by ladder so they hadn’t been cleaned in years. They were no problem for James! He whipped out his ladders and scrubbed off the years of grime to a sparkling shine. We are so pleased with the results! Our windows are so clean they look like they aren’t even there. James provided expert, cheerful, and professional service. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

James Taylor did a great job on our gutters. He arrived on time, worked fast, and was very courteous. He explained everything clearly, and when the job turned out to be easier than he'd estimated, he immediately applied a discount...real honesty. We later had a blockage, and he came out right away and fixed it with no hassle. Professional, reliable, and fair. We will definitely use him again...maybe to put up Christmas lights!

I'm not sure they are local, as the call was recorded. But the interaction felt cold and dismissive and did not reflect the care or friendliness I expect from a local Montana business.
Whitefish, while growing, is still a small and close-knit community where word of mouth truly matters. Being treated this way makes it very difficult to recommend a company—or feel comfortable inviting them into my home. I would personally look elsewhere for a window cleaning service that feels more connected to and respectful of the community it serves.

The owner is a very kind and generous person. 100% recommend working with these people, it’s only been good experiences.
