He walks you through everything during the inspection, and the report is sent to you very quickly after the inspection as well. We are out of state and purchasing a home that we were not able to see in person. We are relying on the professionals we hired to be our eyes. Bill completed our home inspection and at the end we had a video call to review his findings and answer questions while he was still on the property.
