Right Home Inspections

I would highly recommend Right Home Inspections. I normally do not care much for home inspectors. My background is 20 years in the restoration industry. I specialized in water, fire, mold, and biological/hazardous material remediation. I also have been a home builder.
I was impressed by the knowledge and thoroughness Dan brought to the table. He obviously strives to stay on top of his industry through continuing education. His utilization of specialized equipment should also be noted. Most inspectors I have met in the past, did not show up with that.
I will not hesitate to call on him on the future.

One of the BEST experiences I've had dealing with home inspection. This is my 2nd time purchasing a home, and over the past recent years I was a renter. Dan Hunsaker from Right Home Inspections is a very respectable and knowledgeable inspector. Dan did a home inspection on a home for my wife and I and after his detailed report with photos documenting his findings. This information was given to our attorney for review and after taking everything under consideration and attorneys advise we decided not to move forward with the purchase. With knowing how Dan performs his inspection and the great detail my wife and hired Right Home Inspections again to do another inspection on a home we had made an offer on. As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect during an inspection but Dan was amazing and made the whole process very easy. His inspection was incredibly detailed and I was glad to get a full view of what issues may need to be addressed. He is very knowledgeable and it is clear that he cares about his work.
