As a first time buyer my experience was great. You can tell Dan really knows his stuff and goes out of his way to make sure I understood as well. It was educational to watch him work documenting and pointing out things i did not notice. He does his job. After I got his inspection report I was able to make an informed decision on whether the property was worth it. I will use him in the future and definitely recommend him.

Dan from Right Home Inspections did a fantastic job on our inspection of a house we were purchasing. He was very thorough, and found things in the house that no doubt would have been missed by most inspectors. He was very personable, and took the time to walk us through each item he put in our report. He also gave us a lot of helpful information on maintenance items that weren't in the report, but that he thought we should know anyway. I would absolutely recommend him, and would definitely use him again for a future house purchase.
