I responded to a Groupon add. I called and scheduled them to come out. I had to reschedule multiple times and they were very professional and accommodating. By the time the technician came out me and my family had the flu but, I just needed to get it done. Out of consideration for the window tech as well as the community we just had the exteriors cleaned. He took his time and did a very good job. He let me know when he was done and I was very satisfied.

They were prompt and did a great job just like last year. The cost was exactly what they told me when I made the appointment. It was very reasonable. I will use them again!
