The young man who came was very professional and explained what he would be doing from the beginning. He asked me what I preferred for him to do, the outside or the inside windows first. He was very good at his job. The windows look so much better now. I am so pleased with the quality of his work! And he was able to finish all 16 windows in less than two hours!
