Revision Kitchen and Bath was a disappointment.

When it comes to the overall job I hired them to do, they did a good job: They tore out my elderly parents’ old tub and shower and installed a walk-in shower. While the quality of the shower pan and walls is good, my parents reported multiple times to Revision Kitchen and Bath that they were having difficulty with good, adjustable pressure with the main shower head or the handheld shower head. Today—just two months after the completion of the job by Revision—we had to replace the shower heads ourselves and discovered that the heads that had been installed by Revision were poor quality—below the standard of the price point of this installation. And that’s the thing about Revision that is a disappointment: The experience of working with them is sub-par versus the prices they charge.

I found Revision via an Instagram ad. I loved the small, family owned vibe and -- I came to find out -- the owner, Shawn Temple, has a lot of integrity and fully stands behind his work. We had them redo our master bath countertops, back splash and replace our shower door and tile flooring. They did a fantastic job and we're really happy with it. They also installed an outside exhaust vent for our stovetop fan and did a great job. The crews work hard. They are all really nice to work with. And Shawn is personally involved with every aspect of the project which is rare these days. I wholeheartedly endorse Revision and we will use them again as needs arise.

I had a great experience with Revision for a bathroom remodel - putting in a walk-in tub and ADA toilet in a small bathroom. Everyone I dealt with - from bid to demo to install to support - was kind, patient and knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would, the work was completed in 2 days! Quicker than expected. I’m very happy with the finished look of the project. When I needed some support with the new tub, Shawn visited in person to solve our issue. Revision was the right choice. We talked to many companies, and Revision was the one that could meet the requirements of a tricky job that included removing and re-installing custom door trim. I now trust them to do a professional job because of their performance on my project.
