Dr Shaw is a wonderful doctor. He is knowledgable, kind, patient and personable.
However the office staff and/or policies are not as good. I see Dr Shaw once a month. For my next visit I was told the only opening was at 2:30 pm. Nothing earlier, nothing later just 2:30 pm. And I can't wait a week because Dr Shaw will be gone. Now I have a life too. I find that unacceptable.

The examination was thorough and relatively quick: no long periods in the waiting room! Thanks!

Dr Shaw is always making sure I’m taken care of even though I don’t have the proper transportation, he still make sure my eyes are healthy. I don’t know what I would do if it wasnt for his compassion and understanding.
