Everyone here is so kind, caring, and compassionate. Even at the end of the day they have outstanding attitudes.

I would recommend Retina & Vitreous because they are good people. They treat you like a person instead of a cypher. The various staff members are very knowledgeable and professional about their work, but kind and friendly at the same time. Even humorous at times. I am especially impressed by Dr. Coussa and his assistants who together prepare the eye for the shot. The nurses who administer the preliminary numbing medications are meticulous and careful so when it’s time for the numbing shot, administered by Dr. Coussa, it is painless. So, of course, the shot with the medicine is also painless. I must say so as to be accurate, what I have just described is my experience most of the time.
