I have been a patient for several years & have always been treated with courtesy & respect. I would like to see Dr. Beachum on occasion outside of procedure day since that is not conducive to have a serious conversation regarding next steps. Jennifer Walters has been great & I am comfortable with her taking care of my every day issues. It seems like the staff turns over a lot & I often feel like no one knows me or my particular issues.
