Restoration 1 of OKC

After multiple promises and delays to arrive, the service tech shows up with a small utility pump to extract a 300sqft basement with 4 feet of standing water. When I asked about a larger pump, the supervisor on the phone told him to pull up stakes and leave. No conversation with me. No respect given. This is the service you can expect from Restoration 1. Even the tech said this is what it's like working with hotheads. I recommend he find a better employer.
I recommend homeowners who need a reliable service provider find a competitor who's capable of that. Restoration 1 is not the one. Read more >

**PLEASE READ** I’m not a big “review guy” but in this case it’s important to me to let the public know ......I called Restoration One on May 22nd because my house took water in the basement. They were super busy with several jobs but still willing to help me even thou I wasn’t there at the time. Heath, and his crew made arrangements to meet with my mom at the residence to check out the situation. They immediately got to work and dried up all the water, got the flooring out, and had the dehumidifiers blowing to continue drying everything up. I had the dehumidifiers drying for weeks and Heath contacted me often to check on things.
