After a new hot water tank line failed after the installation we called Restoration One to clean up the water that flooded my office, hallway and bedroom. They responded within an hour on a Friday evening and were fast and efficient and explained the cleanup process to me. They returned Monday morning and the carpet and baseboards that were wet had dried completely. They were very thorough on inspecting everything to make sure it was dry. I can’t thank them enough. I can't explain how great these people are! I called them with the issue we were having (water damage) and they were literally at my house within the hour looking at what they needed to do and set up their equipment! They came by and checked everything over at least every other day and kept us updated with the process and had our cabinets dried out quickly.
