Restoration 1 of OKC

Worked with Restoration 1 for professional drying services in our home office after a water pipe burst in the wall. I was quoted $1,100 - $1,500 for 3 days of drying, some drywall cutting, and the initial service call.

The work done was great and done in two days with no wall cutting required. The final invoice I received was $1,099.65. I was expecting the bill to be less because of one less day of work and no drywall cutting needed. When I called to dispute, the billing person was kind, but offered no solution. She admitted that the daily cost of leaving their equipment running in my home was the bulk of the cost, so logically, one less day should result in a significantly lower overall price. Her response was basically, "They shouldn't have given you a verbal estimate. We have talked to them before about doing that. They were just spitballing."
