Jeremy and Chris did an excellent job ! Jeremy promptly and courteously responded to my call. Jeremy explained the process thoroughly and provided me with a quote during his initial visit. They completed my allergen remediation project in the time frame promised and to my satisfaction😀🤗

Mike and Jeremy were excellent to work with. They were quick to respond, arrived on time and exceeded my expectations. They were patient with me as my damage was due to another insured's water leak. I wish I would have called their 1-800 number first/right away as they are truly a local Auburn/Opelika business and it would have saved me hours of waiting for other businesses to return my call.

Really appreciate Jeremy and Chris. Great guys to work with. Showed up as promised and corrected my water damage. Jeremy is very knowledgeable and comprehensive in his approach. I’d definitely hire Jeremy again if the situ arises.

Jeremy and Chris came out to my house when my hot water heater busted and it was a disaster! Thank god for Jeremy explains how the process worked and making me feel more comfortable. It meant a lot to me that he was so courteaus and patient to address all my questions or concerns. Jeremy Waller definitely is a keeper for the company and Chris is to. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I had to. I hope I never go through a loss like I done this past week with my home but I would highly recommend him again. I wasn’t to fond of the owner but Jeremy and Chris made up for it.
