This company is who I am recommending to anyone that's needs restoration work done. Not only was their work top notch, but the person who helped me, Mr. Miles was extremely friendly, very informative in explaining what all the work was going to entail, did not waste his or my time, and made the whole process an absolute ease from start to finish. If anyone is looking for any restoration work done, I urge them to choose this team first!

Restoration 1 was so wonderful! They helped with all of my water damage and molding issues caused by the terrible maintenance and property care at the Magnolia at Auburn apartments. They were so kind and professional and assured me they would take care of everything. I will absolutely call them again wherever I go in the future. They are amazing!!!

Excellent service. Highly recommend to anybody looking for service following water damage and/or mold damage.

I called this company on Saturday 4-3-21 for a water heater that I had flood my home. They not only did not answer the phone, They also did not call me back and I had to hire someone else to come and correct the problem. You should always have someone to answer the phone if you are a company that provides 24/7 emergency services. I waited over 2 hours for a return call and finally gave up!

Very poor company

I can’t say enough great things about Restoration One of East Alabama. They are true professionals and were genuinely concerned in getting our water damage taken care of to our satisfaction. They promptly responded to our call on a Sunday night when our water pipe broke and flooded our house. They reassured us that everything would be taken care of and it definitely was. Our technician even came back when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the damage to our house. He made sure the insurance adjuster did not miss any of the damaged areas that they were taking care of. We couldn’t have had a better experience than we had with the Restoration One Company of East Alabama. Many thanks to them for all they did for us during a very stressful situation!
