Poor company with bad business practices. Restoration 1 and the owner is lousy and they will overcharge you on purpose and use your bad day for more that twice the average rate on purpose. They will also take your belongings and do work that is not necessary. I would suggest calling another company if you want to be treated with respect and fairly. Read the reviews for them on Facebook and you will see that they have even been kicked out of houses and how many people don't like them.

Hands down the utmost qualified and pleasant restoration company in the area. Ben goes above and beyond and represents this company in the highest fashion and ensures that every aspect of the experience is ideal. 10 stars if it were an option.

We had a major pipe leak that led to significant damage to our walls and flooring. Mike and his team were great. Mike is easy to work with and very responsive- I mean responsive with great customer service. His staff are great and even one morning asked if I wanted breakfast while he was at McDonald's.
