Restoration 1 of East Alabama

On 2/3/2022 our home was flooded. We called Restoration 1 and Mike and his team made themselves immediately available. They explained our situation and gave us his recommendations on what needed to be done. We agreed to the remediation and Mike set up all outside company services that were needed (debris removal, storage for our belongings, etc…) and his team started immediately. Mike and his crew were extremely professional, polite, and showed up when they said they would. It’s difficult to find businesses that actually do what they say these days. I highly recommend Mike and his staff at Restoration 1.

This company was a pleasure to work with and very professional. I have dealt with another water mitigation company in the past and this company was by far the better of the 2. Unfortunately I had to be out of town on a previously scheduled trip when Restoration 1 performed services but they were very accommodating in making other arrangements to make sure the job still got done!

These guys are amazing. Benjamin came to my home. He was very thorough and explained everything to me in great detail. He made the nightmare of the leak and mold so easy to navigate. They called us back right away and took care of us in no time. I highly recommend this company. He also worked with my Insurance Company and ask questions that I did not even know to ask.
The owner was very fast at that first call back. The work was very reasonable. If you have any of these issues you won’t regret using them.
