Tried to tell us our house was dry after a few days running fans. We discovered mold/mildew growing behind our sheet rock and demanded they come back. They tore out sheetrock and flooring, which took a couple days. They left fans running for another 3 weeks and charged us $40,000!

I service was good, but they accidentally took one of my extension cords from the basement and I haven’t been able to get it back. Which is why I give them four stars. I still want my extension cord.
