The technician showed up on time, was personable, and professional. He did the work in a timely manner and explained everything that was going on with my boiler. However, the price that was quoted on the phone is much lower than the actual cost of the service provided. I found this to be very misleading and I was surprised that the cost was not the same as what was quoted to me.

I am a new customer and I called Rescue Force to come out to just do a regular maintenance check on my Cold Point heat pump. I had found the office person very courteous and helpful. The tech that came out was also very courteous and he knew what he was doing and explained everything as he went along. I was impressed with the service and signed up for their maintenance contract.
