Called at 7:30pm on Thanksgiving in a panic. Doug was amazing! Calmed me down, gave me advice on how to keep our furnace going until we can get an oil delivery. Then, a little while later he checked in to see how it was going. When it was time to prime the furnace I was nervous. Doug sat on the phone, talking me through it and encouraging me the entire time. I’ll sleep better (and warmer) tonight thanks to his help!
