Rescue Force Heating and Air

Over a year ago we had rescue force heating and air come out for our whole house gas and central air conversion. We received a reasonable quote and the tech that came out seems very knowledgeable. We decided we were to go ahead with them after we got a few more quotes. This is where the professionalism ended. Because of the size and scope of the project we were looking to take advantage of MASS saves heatloan. Part of the applications is for the installer to provide model numbers and a Saar number for the units. I did the whole application and for weeks I would call and ask for these simple numbers to move the process forward. They could never give me them meaning I would not be able to get the heatloan and thus not be able to do the conversion. A terrible experience, 10 months ago. You don't want my review.

1 star based on on both my first and second cleanings I felt like tech was always looking for an update. First cleaning a problem was found that was addressed with a follow up visit. However I was charged for additional cleaning of furnace which did not look any different than when it was completed. Second cleaning I was charged for bleeding air out of forced hot water system that I thought should have been included in cleaning. Time spent on cleaning was the same as the first cleaning. Brought this to Doug's attention in an email he never responded. Apparently he was not interested in a negative opinion. Lastly his tech did not give a good first impression. Looked like he slept in his clothes and was pretty grimey looking on the 3 visits. Therefore not renewing service.

I'll prepared for an oil furnace tune-up. Meters weren't working and didn't have proper paperwork.
