Over a year ago we had rescue force heating and air come out for our whole house gas and central air conversion. We received a reasonable quote and the tech that came out seems very knowledgeable. Part of the applications is for the installer to provide model numbers and a Saar number for the units. I did the whole application and for weeks I would call and ask for these simple numbers to move the process forward. They could never give me them meaning I would not be able to get the heatloan and thus not be able to do the conversion.
