Rescue Force Heating and Air

I have been trying to get in touch with someone there for months. They said someone would call me back but no one ever did. I’ve given up.

At first I was happy with rescue force as they sent someone right away, however I was quickly disappointed. The person they sent was totally unqualified. He had no idea what was wrong and wound up giving me advice that could have harmed my family. I had to call another company the next day and the problem was quickly diagnosed. I tried to get my money back from rescue force and was unsuccessful.

They came to discuss project and never called back to discuss anything further!! Apparantly they were not interested in replacing whole hvac unit, which was close to a $10,000 job!!

I’m not sure why Rescue Force both texted and emailed me to give a review. I can’t imagine a more poorly run business. I made an online inquiry and never got answers. I got random texts from Doug that he was busy and would take care of it the next day. I would follow in two days and the same story. I can’t imagine ever hiring this company
