I started real estate investing journey reading books and self managing my property. 13 months later the tenant left out of the blue and left my rental a mess while I was out of the country. I googled furiously for a Property manager and pray hard I would find a good one. I emailed Mark and he immediately called me and walked me through his processes and what separates him from the others. He started quickly getting his contractors to rehab the property. I tried to beat one of his quote for painting but his came $500 less than mine. Mark and team respond to all communication quickly and are always there to answer any question. I feel we are more partners in this since he takes such good care of my property. Today marks the first day of a EXCELLENT new tenant starting their lease. I am very happy with his service.
