I'm very pleased with the work that Tim of RemTek did on a mold situation following a bathtub leak at our condo in Ann Arbor. He adjusted his schedule as needed to do the work quickly over the course of several days. He explained what needed to be done and did it using an airlock to protect the rest of the unit while he did the scrubbing, vacuuming, mold killing, and surface coating. He was friendly, and I'd use him again -- though I sure hope I won't have to!

Tim was great. He gave us an assessment at no cost. After a few months, we were able to have the work done. Tim was very easy to work with. Communication was great!

Tim could not have been more helpful and professional with our home inspection. His report was thorough and easy to comprehend. He went above and beyond to assist us with the seller of the property to explain the importance of the issues. This helped us get approval for every issue we needed fixed on our soon to be new house.
