I have recently experienced a great loss of both of my sons dying. I have been attending counseling here and learning how to cope with their loss and moving forward with my new life. I am receiving the coaching needed to understand how strong of a person I am and that I am capable of standing on my own.

Great place to go for couple therapy! If you are looking for someone to help you and your partner through life difficulties and have someone to listen to both sides you are in the right place.

Since I have been seeing Dr. Prefontaine I feel our sessions have helped me through several difficult situations. She provided guidance and strategies to help my relationships. She is able to help with filtering through feelings and memories to get to the root of my difficulties. She is professional and compassionate during our sessions. Ms.Marge is absolutely fantastic. She listens very well is very attentive and patient. She knows when to ask questions and knows what is needed to help your situation. This has helped me immensely.

This is the first work I have ever done with a counselor / therapist / mental health professional. I honestly did not know what to expect. I'm a mans man, a typical alpha male and I do not engage in many emotional conversations, thus I was unaware of the benefit of such conversations.
Having no idea what to expect... I have been outrageously surprised with this entire experience.
Dr. Marjie has connected with me, and guided me through events of emotional trauma that I've experienced in my life and then burried in my mind (because Im a man and men dont talk about such things).
She has helped me to see how all things, good and bad, create the man that I am.. .and in order to change my current projection in the world, I must at least address things in my mind that can be holding me back.
