Beyond relieved. Sheri with Redeeming Restorations was exactly who we were looking for. I emailed about 5 different companies and she got back to me first and fast. When I spoke to her on the phone I gave her more detail about my situation (buying a house with water damage and mold). She was VERY helpful and instead of being the most concerned about making money..she listened and talked to me like one would a friend or family member. She gave me PERFECT advice because she said it sounded like we had already done the work she would have done. I’m writing this review a little late so I have the updated information of results! When I had a sewer backup my plumber referred Redeeming Restoration! The basement was a hot mess. Ugh. Talking with Sherri, she guided me through everything including the insurance company. I didn’t even think to file a claim! Dennis came and assured me all will be taken care of the next day! Their sons came and worked diligently to clear the mess and disposed of items ruined. I have to say how impressed I was with this organization. They responded immediately to my call. Somebody was here the same day to look at the problem and they were working on it the very next day. The fellows that worked on the house were extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, considerate and hardworking. This is my first ever flood in a home and I depended on them to get me through the whole process which they did and I am thankful.
