Redeeming Restoration not only did a Fabulous job with our basement Restoration, they answered my call at mid-night, offered me very helpful advice and showed up at our house at 9am the next day! Very quick and professional definitely recommend!

I called regarding a flooded basement on a rental but unfortunately insurance didn’t cover water damage. Owner was extremely polite and very helpful on what we should die to stop potential mold. We’ve owned this property for over 20 years and never had it flood ever. We learned the hard way. Even though we didn’t use them owner was very prompt at calling me back. Highly recommend calling them first.

Redeeming Restoration saved us in our state of panic! We called on a Sunday and they answered their phone. Dennis came out the next day to inspect and his son's were there the next day to start work!! Their calm, friendly, professional help is just what we needed. They also took care of all the insurance paperwork...easy-peasy. Very nice family run business 💕

Beyond relieved. Sheri with Redeeming Restorations was exactly who we were looking for. I emailed about 5 different companies and she got back to me first and fast. When I spoke to her on the phone I gave her more detail about my situation (buying a house with water damage and mold). She was VERY helpful and instead of being the most concerned about making money..she listened and talked to me like one would a friend or family member. She gave me PERFECT advice because she said it sounded like we had already done the work she would have done. (..the take away?..free advice!) I’m writing this review a little late so I have the updated information of results!
