Redeeming Restoration

We recently had water damage from an upstairs bathroom that ruined the ceiling on the 1st level and hardwood floors and also flooded the basement. After contacting Redeeming Restoration they quickly responded and took care of the water in the basement and the following day removed the ceiling and hardwood floors. The owner was extremely friendly and explained everything every step of the way. They went as far as cleaning the kitchen floor on their hands and knees before they left. We had water running for 5 weeks at our seasonal camp. Thought all was lost and Sheri put me at ease. Dennis came the next day-had to drive an hour through heavy snow. I know the owners of RR as friends and that they are people with an extraordinary work ethic and the highest level of integrity, but I'd never been their client until this past weekend when my business flooded. They were responsive, professional and reassuring. When I walked through my business and saw the damage left behind, I was completely overwhelmed but when they came and walked me through the process, I could breathe again. I thought I'd be down at least 7-10 days but they had my place clean, sanitized and ready to go in about 3 days (including drying time). They were respectful of my things and my time. They worked steadily and efficiently always seeing what else could be being done and rotating their workers to keep the process moving.
